Exam Canceled / Shows Score is Pending before even taking

I had an exam scheduled for tomorrow and when I logged in today it gave me some warning about my eligibility expiring at the of December. When I went to look at my exam appointment it was gone and showed score is pending as id I already took it? Is anyone else having this issue? I had also scheduled this exam before they changed the rules to required a test run, so I was unaware. This feel very unfair if I truly have lost this exam seat due to last minute changes made after things were schedule and paid for. And not given any fair warning.

    I also have an exam scheduled tomorrow but when I logged in today it says “Score pending” ….
    I’ve reached out to NCARB and PSI but no one has been able to help. I have no idea what to do

    I am having the same issue with the PjM exam that I changed form Oct 26 and rescheduled for Nov 9 which is next Sunday. Even though I haven't taken the exam yet, it says PjM score pending. There must be glitch in their system if others are experiencing the same thing. I am going to call customer support first thing Monday. I also can't launch aka "purchase " the free PjM practice exam. It is inert, does absolutely nothing so I can't even take the PjM practice exam. 

    I suggest reaching out via the Contact Us tab and any other way you/we can to alert NCARB to this problem.  It appears that some server or something is down.

    NCARB customer service phone number is 202 879 0520. I will be calling first thing Monday. I suggest others do the same so that they know about this issue and take steps to remedy it.

    I AM HAVING THE EXACT ISSUE. NCARB gave me a seat credit to reschedule my exam and they told me to wait 24 hours to reschedule. It has been 24 hours and I still have not been able to reschedule. They are not picking up phone calls or anything!

    Same issue here- I also rescheduled and mine is showing as score pending...pre-exam.
