Digital NCARB Certificate

I took 6 exams, paid literally thousands of dollars to NCARB, still pay annually to NCARB to uphold an NCARB certificate and we can not even receive digital certificates. It's 2021 and it's frankly ridiculous. Get with the times NCARB and update your services. We pay enough money that we should have professional access to a formalized proof of our certificates from the NCARB portal. Why, even after I'm done testing and licensed, is that I STILL have problems with this association?
