    Make sure you get a refund from NCARB. There is no reason we should be paying for an exam that continues to fail to be administered correctly. NCARB, Please do something here - The amount of people who are having errors with your exams is outrageous and Corrective action needs to be taken immediately.

    Thank you for your comment. I contacted NCARD for a refund. However, they would not allow me to retake the exam right away, and now I have to wait for 60 more days until I can take it again. It is hard to believe that there are still so many ongoing issues with Pro Proctor after so many months.

    Did NCARB actually respond to you? How did you each them? I had the same problem but NCARB has been unresponsive. I am very upset.

    I used the “contact us” tab on the website. I also called customer service but there is an automated message that they are having company wide training. Can you share the number you called? Thank you!!
