Bad experience online exam, would recommend in person

I was kicked from the exam multiple times, on hold with prometric support for over an hour before I gave up because no one answered. Test from start to finish took nearly 6 hours before I was able to submit. For the amount of money each test cost, would recommend doing it in person and not having the possibility of dealing with technical issues & prometric.
