Score reports- When to expect?

Hi,

I had my PA exam today. As mentioned above, I didn't get 'likely pass/likely fail' notification at the end of my exam. I asked the Prometric examiner regarding when can I expect the results to which he pulled up something on the computer that said exam result 'none' under my name. Also, my NCARB account does not validate anything regarding the exam was taken today. Need some help here :) Thanks!

NCARB will be sending you, and all ARE candidates, an update on the cut score adjustment process and score report availability later today. Stay tuned.

Maykel,

NCARB emailed candidates earlier this week - here's a copy of what was sent.

If you didn't receive that email, you may want to check that your correct email address is saved in your NCARB Record.

No I didn't receive the email. However, I've used the same email address from the start and have received all other correspondence except this one.

What is the purpose of the cut scores, and why does it matter, I thought each question was worth 1 point?

Your record indicates you changed your email address on 2/5/20. You may want to check your spam folder, as we've sent quite a few emails to candidates over the past year. Reach out to customer service if you are still having a problem with correspondence. 202-879-0520.

Yes, I forgot I had changed that. Checked both email accounts, both inbox and spam/junk folders, nothing from NCARB this week outside of the post-exam survey on January 11th and a few responses from support regarding inquires on the delay. Thank you for the link however. Appointment confirmation and all other account information has been arriving normally.
