Got to know Covid Positive on Friday, Test on Sunday

Say if my exam is on Sunday, I got to know me or my family members got in touch with Covid positive persons, or I have some symptoms on Friday night (for not knowing I am positive or negative yet). What should I do? How should I reach out to NCARB?

Sorry, I have to ask this question because my daughter goes to daycare. I heard of some daycare centers' outbreak, and everybody will return from vacation recently. 

Also, I have already scheduled it on test center. I can't take it at home yet because I don't have a space as required and hard to do it with kids around. 

Touch wood. Hope I won't have to go through this.

  As Carolina mentioned, please contact NCARB Customer Service and they will provide assistance.

  Hi Helena. I got my test positive a day before my test. I sent an email to NCARB though the account. I also call them on Monday and they gave me seat credit to reschedule after.

  Helena,

  I have the exact same situation as you - a son in daycare - and it actually happened that daycare shut down due to positive results.

  NCARB came through.  We took tests and all were negative - so I ended up taking the exam.
  Either way - NCARB was ready for this situation, and as the comments suggest, will work with you.
