New Online Exam Experience

I took the new online Procter exam at Prometric, signing in was the same nothing different. OK, the whiteboard, I was trying to make peace with it but I really didn't like it. Although I was able to have the calculator and Whiteboard open, I noticed that I had to make sure to click on which one tool calculator or whiteboard i wanted to use. Not sure what I did but one instance, the information I had on the whiteboard disappeared. In all honesty I found myself just trying to use the calculator and not use the whiteboard. I know it's here to stay but I'm not sure if I'll get use to it. The test itself hmmmm not sure something seemed a little different, I was expecting something different with the new exam. The time was excellent and the PDF reader was WAY BETTER, I could even zoom into a document and it remained clear! I decided to stick with my same format for the breaks, answering questions first then break before case studies. Overall, without getting into trouble I would say the exam is still 5.0 questions still seemed challenging and with same level of difficulty. The whiteboard is going to take some time getting used to. Just wanted to share in case anyone was curious.

can you use heater while you are taking the exam?

I had the same issue with the whiteboard. The information I had on the whiteboard disappeared several times including new pages. I emailed NCARB on Dec 21, have not hear back yet. If you have not done it, please email NCARB regarding this issue this has to be solved!
