PDD resources in the exam help?

i’m confused. i printed out the resources from the online exam so i could familiarize myself with the UI (such as it is). the list i see there is not the same as what i will see on the actual PDD exam?! or it IS what i will see on the actual exam?! also, i see certain references while in MC questions and other references in case studies? i can’t remember this and it seems unnecessarily confusing.
