Given the nature of the exam having so many "choose 2/3/4 that apply" questions, it only seems fair to allow candidates partial credit. There are so many instances where I am sure of 3 answers, but not the fourth. It does not make sense to mark the entire question wrong when 75% of it was correct. A candidate missing one of the elements of a larger question does not equate to a full misunderstanding of the subject matter. I truly believe implementing partial credit will increase the exam's fairness and increase cut scores.
