Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It is absolutely terrifying. I live with at-risk individuals so going to a testing center is absolutely not an option for me.

I seriously do not know who would downvote this. This is a huge deal..

I'd be interested to know if they ever get back to you or if they will take responsibility in some way.

To be honest, what do you think NCARB can do about this? They give you the option to test at the center, or at home. If neither work for you, maybe you just need to wait it out.

I agree that NCARB probably can't do much, but I think it is useful information about how Prometric is running at least one of their testing centers.

Flights require negative tests before you can board, and you are in proximity for a possibly longer duration during these tests than some domestic flights. Even my local bakery requires a temperature check upon entering. On top of what can be seen as preventative negligence, it seems likely within Prometric's capabilities to be able to facilitate contact tracing since they have all of the test takers' information.

Laura, I hope you are able to make a swift and complete recovery.

NCARB said they were going to get in touch with my Prometric center since every time I called they didn't answer and their mailbox was full. I haven't heard back from NCARB about any correspondence. NCARB can at least make sure the testing centers are upholding CDC guidelines. The testing center was full, all seats were occupied which is currently not allowed per my cities COVID 19 regulations. I agree Yan-Li I've seen "less riskier" locations at least do a temperature check, and thank you for the well wishes for my recovery.
