Prometric Name Change

Hi,

 

I know this issue has been discussed before but I'm just looking for some input. About 4 weeks ago before my scheduled exam I noticed there might be a problem with my name, so I email NCARB and they changed the name within 3 days and it was all good. They told me to make sure I have my NCARB profile printed and have it with me the day of the exam, there was time for Prometric to change the name but just to be sure.

 

The day of the exam they told me my name was wrong and they couldn't accept my printed profile as reference...so they sent me away. Moving foward a month later my name keep showing wrong on the prometric site, so I can't reschedule the exam.  Does anyone knows how long it takes for this to be fixed? Obviously is not 10 days at least for me.
