NCARB basic knowledge

I'm trying to focus on the NCARB basic knowledge, so what I'm looking for is a matrix that have the PPD Handbook sections-objective on one side and on the other side have the related books /chapters ?? any clue?

  That would be fantastic. I think it would really benefit everyone who is trying to tackle this section of the exam.
