Prometric software and camera

My exam is scheduled in one week. I downloaded the prometric setup exe file and try to install the software. I got the installation window and indicated “done” installation. But I didn’t find any software being installed. No shortcut icon or program in the c drive. Am I supposed to install the software on the exam date before the exam time?
Does the camera requirements intend to use both of our computer camera and external camera?

The ProProctor software will launch when you paste your confirmation number and last four of your surname into the launch page and click the launch exam button. We recommend launching your exam 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you extra time to troubleshoot any technical issues if they occur.
You will only be allowed to use an external camera for your exam. Make sure to read the camera requirements on page 13 of the ARE Guidelines.
