Ballast # 193
#193. Absolute title to a portion of a structure is known as :
(A) fee simple ownership,
(B) condominium ownership,
(C) leasehold ownership,
(D) cooperation ownership
— The answer is (B). —
Is there anyone know what’s different between the fee simple ownership and condominium ownership? Both are the absolute title but why the answer is (B)?

The key words here are:
“…a portion of a structure…”
This means the owner does NOT own the entire structure, and s/he has to share common area with other owner of the same structure, thus, it should be (B) condominium ownership
