Current Testing Software Issues

NCARB, 

With the news of the digital white board and the changes being made to the exam, will the current issues be addressed concerning the existing problems with the testing software? Examples: Software/Test crashing, highlight and strikethrough tools not working, lag in loading questions, etc. I've yet to receive an email or read a post from NCARB that addresses these pre-existing problems with the software.

  Ashley, Seeing that NCARB doesn't care about its test takers, the Software will continue to lag and crash. The new whiteboard will be as technologically advanced as a potato and we will be left to fend for ourselves again.
