Cancelled Exams

I had an exam cancelled over a week ago and still have not received a refund for a seat credit. I have reached out to NCARB on 3 separate occasions. 

Has anyone else had issued getting a hold of any one, and I mean anyone, at NCARB?

This is getting ridiculous. I would like to reschedule before the no scratch paper rolls out.
