    Hello,

Congratulation on your pass! Would you please share how you did on your score report? Like how many of the sections you got level 2, level 1 or 3? I think this will be helpful for people since there are a lot of confusion about how the scoring and passing based on that works. I would appreciate your help.

    Thank You,

    Mitra Sajjadi

Thank you, Mitra.  Unfortunately, there is no feedback on a pass as regards to section levels, etc.  You only get levels when there is a fail.  I have absolutely no idea how I did with respect to the cut score or levels.  I did recently find a post from Nick NCARB, though, that indicated that if you score 68% or above on all "forms" of all exams, you will pass all.  You realize that there are "forms", right?  Some exams are easier and some are harder and they have cut scores that are commensurate with the level of the "form".  At least, this is how I understand it.  I think it's really not important to focus on that aspect of the exams, but rather to focus on the various topics that are covered and how comprehensive your knowledge of those topics is.  I wish we didn't have to do so much research on "topics", but that is how NCARB has set this up, as their Handbook is vague, to say the least.  My advice...check out all the PA posts on this forum and read them!  (And take notes.)  This takes a significant amount of time, but is well worth it.

Thanks for your response. I see. What do you mean by forms? I do not know.

Thanks for your advice. It was really helpful!

You can read about the forms (or versions) of the exams here:

    https://www.ncarb.org/blog/are-50-what-score-do-you-need-pass

This is not anything you need to focus on, though.  The cut score varies according to the form you get, to make the scoring fair.

If you do comprehensive research on which topics/areas are covered, develop an adequate mastery of those topics, and work on testing strategies (such as time management), you will do well, regardless of the form you get.

    SAME!

"I have a technical question for NCARB.  In my three previous exams and also in the demo exam at home, I was able to zoom using “CTRL” + mouse middle roller.  For the first time in this exam, I could not use that function.  That led to a lot of time lost having to click click click on the zoom menu.  What’s up with that?  Overall, I would say that a ton of time was lost in just opening PDFs and zooming."

I thought I was remembering practice exams and was not able to zoom on the last 3.  I also could not Highlight. I was too focused on the exam to bother to say anything and just closer to the screen.

I also had a bunch of Q's that required me to create a scale on my paper and hold the paper up to the screen. At least 3.
