Advice on Building Analysis study material

1 month to go for my first exam: Programming and Analysis!

At this point I have a pretty good grasp of building context, site analysis, selection of structural systems, ADA, and programming concepts.  But when I took a practice exam I found myself thinking “why would I know that?” to certain questions.

The area that seems to have a lot of unexpected questions is the Building Analysis section.

For example:

Which of the following energy sources would be the most economical option for heating a small retail building in Washington State?

1. Electrical
2. Natural gas
3. Oil
4. Steam

Another question show’s diagrams of different water heaters and asks:

 “which of the water heaters shown would be the least efficient for domestic use?”

Can someone please share a good source of study material for building analysis?
