Conflicting information need clarification!!

In my reading of AHPP it says the contractor submitts the punch list. When working with Hyperfine assignment it says the architect creates and manages the punchlist this is confusing. Also A201 and AHPP doesn't mention that final payment is only released after CO, but Hyperfine states final payment is only released after AHJ has issued CO please clarify?

  AHPP is a primary resource for the exam, Hyperfine is not, so I would trust:

  1. Yourself
  2. AHPP
  3. Hyperfine

  My understanding is that the CO is part of the closeout documents that the GC needs to submit to the Architect in order to receive the final payment.

  CO is issued by the AHJ, but this is part of the permit process - its end - for which the GC is responsible.

  I found this information in the Ballast, I hope it helps.

  A201 states the contractor prepares the punch list.

  If there is a conflict,  follow AIA documents, A201 in this case.
