Conflicting information need clarification!!

AHPP is a primary resource for the exam, Hyperfine is not, so I would trust:
- Yourself
- AHPP
- Hyperfine
That said, this assignment was amended and there was an entire page of discussion added to the answer to clarify literally this exact question. Make sure you have the latest files: https://hyperfinearchitecture.com/studyce

My understanding is that the CO is part of the closeout documents that the GC needs to submit to the Architect in order to receive the final payment.
CO is issued by the AHJ, but this is part of the permit process - its end - for which the GC is responsible.
I found this information in the Ballast, I hope it helps.

If there is a conflict, follow AIA documents, A201 in this case.
