Stylus Allowed? What are the required screen dimensions?

What are the requirements for minimum screen size?  I have a 15" laptop screen.  Do I need to purchase a larger monitor to take the exam?

Will test takers be able to use a stylus pen to interact with the whiteboard?  If so, what model?
