Increased break time

Hello NCARB community.

I want to talk about the break duration.

When I took some exams before the pandemic, the break was 15 minutes long. Enough to drink your water, have a snack and come back or use the restroom, but unfortunately not both. There are lines in the bathroom, also my closest Prometric requires a passcode to open bathroom's door and I forgot it last time - all kind of delays for a test taker. I returned to my station to see that I lost 8 minutes of my valuable exam time.

Recently, I learned that the break time was increased to 25 minutes. Finally I was able to go to the bathroom and take a snack/ drink some water. I made it on time. I am very grateful for this change.

I hope the break duration will not be shortened back to 15 minutes and stays 25 minutes long after pandemic.

I strongly agree. 15 min .is just not enough. Specially with the sign in and out procedures.
