WE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE EXAM ONLINE!!!! NOW!!

***COMPLAIN***
Since the pandemic lock down, I had to reschedule my exam two times. None of them were successful. Prometric always tell you at 2:00am before the day I took the exam. How the heck do you expect people to know when I have the exam in the next morning at 8:00am. Also, There is one exam that they sent me both confirmation, reminder, and the cancellation during the weekend. Prometric is not opened on weekend, so I had no ways to confirm. Their website is not up to dated with their closed operation location. This is not OK. We wasted so much time and energy studying, prepared for this. I am so sick of it. All the other industry's exam are able to take their exam online. We are still waiting for nothing. If I put my hourly rate on what I have wasted, I wasted more than thousand dollars already. Is it fair to treat your architecture follower like that? Also NCARB is freaking useless on helping. I emailed them, all they will do is do blame the problem back to prometric, and they will do NO HELP at all. They will tell you to call prometric to solve the problem. Prometric is not even picking up their phone. My exam got cancelled, never heard anything back from email or phone call. It has been more than a week now, I still can not reschedule , and I can not get my money back. If I am just new to this exam. I will suggest no one to schedule their exam and put their money in NCARB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
