Case studies location are listed in your exam review/overview during the test.
When you start your exam instead of going through it question by question until you reach the case studies, Do the first question then click the exam overview/review button. It will show you all your questions, which ones you flagged, which ones are incomplete vs complete, but more importantly it will show where the case study is in your exam.
You can then click on the question like you would to review it and it will take you to the case study question allowing you to begin it right off the bat. This alone will definitely help you pace your self where if you aren't done with case studies after X amount of time you stop and then go on to do your multiple choice. That gives you a higher chance of passing since all questions are 1 point regardless of how long it takes you to get the answer.
Taking my first test I did not see this posted anywhere and now that I took my second exam (I passed) I confirmed that it works on more than one exam. Some people have mentioned the case study snuck up on them mid way while others say it was at the very end and they ran out of time. Knowing where it is at the start will help you pace yourself.
