LC Valley/Moscow-Pullman ARE Study/Accountability Partners

So, I am back after taking a few years off to clear my head.  I attempted P&A twice; failed twice.  So, I have taken a couple of years to get out of my head, but now I am back with more resolve to pass.  Also, I think that I'll try a different test this time.  That said, a couple of quick questions:

1)  Is there any one in the LC Valley or Moscow/Pullman area that is also studying who would like to form a study group or be accountability partners?

2) The study material that I had before I was not impressed with and don't think that it helped very much.  I have been doing a little more research this go around, and I am leaning towards Amber Book or Black Spectacles.  Can anyone recommend one or the other?  What are your thoughts on each?
