It appears that the NCARB ARE 5.0 Handbook has significant changes regarding the scope of ARE 5.0. It seems many of the objectives people have been studying for have been changed.
SOOOO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!
Did we miss an announcement about these changes?
Was NCARB going to issue an breakdown of what changes took place?
How long has ARE 5.0 been testing to this new criteria??
Is it even legal to change the rules without telling the people affected?
Is this another example of NCARB NOT communicating with their Stakeholders?
Please advise NCARB......
