Update: It now shows that I'm able to reschedule, but when I click the reschedule link it says the link is either expired or invalid. NCARB, these issues are quite obviously issues with your website and not with Prometric. Cancellations have been going on for atleast 4 months now, you would think these glitches would be fixed at this point.

    Hey Rebecca,

I looked into the scheduling issue and you should be all set to reschedule. When cancels occur for social distancing, NCARB has to manually reset your exam eligibility since it is no longer valid in the Prometric system. This is why you were seeing a pending eligibility message. I have confirmed that your eligibility has been reset and you were provided a seat credit. We know this is extremely frustrating and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have any additional issues, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team

I took my final exam yesterday and the preliminary results were that I had passed, but now I'm getting the Pending Eligibility Approval message too. Can you fix this?

    Hey Eirik,

I checked on this today, and you should see an awaiting score message. It also appears that your testing jurisdiction has an additional score report delay, so your official results will appear in your record tomorrow.

I have been waiting a long time for my elgibility process to go through. I have contacted my local office and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Is this something you could fix for me?

I took an exam today and usually it says “awaiting score” but it doesn’t show that. It shows it as if I didn’t take the exam. Is this because there is a delay?

I am showing Pending Eligibility Approval when I try scheduling my fifth exam. Not sure what this means. My dues are paid, this is a retake after 4+ months, my rolling clock eligibility doesn't expire until 2026. Please help!! NCARB customer service staff is on training which means no answers when calling.

    Hi Begona,

We unfortunately do not solve these specific eligibility issues on the ARE Community, however, I am going to forward your issue directly to our Customer Service team.
