My “Test Eligibility” just disappeared after test cancelled
My test eligibility disappeared after my last test attempt was cancelled two days before the exam!!! What does that mean?? Does NCarb have any idea of the day time, money and dedication spent in order to pass these exams??

Hey Mariana,
After Prometric cancels an exam due to social distancing or local regulations, NCARB has to reset your exam eligibility and issue you a seat credit. You were not seeing the schedule button yesterday because the eligibility resets overnight. I checked this morning, and you should be able to schedule your exam without a problem. Please let me know if you are unable to schedule your exam.
We understand that this is extremely frustrating and are doing everything we can at NCARB to resume testing as soon as possible.

Hey nrespecki - If prometric can cancel our exams so close to testing, why are we even being allowed to schedule them? Would it not just be easier on everyone if NCARB issued a statement saying that Prometric can bump us for someone essential, even in states that have opened up all the way and where Prometric is giving all exams?
I know you all have been inundated with upset testers, so why not tell us all to hit a pause button until mid-fall? I think that would clear up a ton of confusion and anxiety on our side.
