Massachusets - COVID-19 Appointment Cancelation by Prometric

I was scheduled to take PA exam on June 13, but Prometric cancelled my appointment on May 21 for the second time. Thankfully, I was able to get my seat credit re-assigned, but there are no available examination sites available for Massachusetts to re-schedule. With Office spaces schedule for re-openning on June 1 for Massachusetts, and Prometric sites on June 4, and how can no site be available to re-schedule? Anyone experiencing this?
