Resolved: Prometric Schedule Display View Restriction Issue

This is just an FYI to others who may see something similar in trying to reschedule your exams - so you don't have to go through what I just went through.

I was having an issue in going to Prometric's site to reschedule my PA exam - as it was only showing dates through September 2020, while other users were telling me that they could see past December 2020.  The dates they were showing me were all unavailable - given Prometric's 50% reduction in capacity the lack of availability was understandable - but I was not sure why I could only see to September.  The expiration date on my testing eligibility was set to 07/03/20, so I became certain that it was driving the restriction - and became fixated on having it changed.

After a number of calls to the NCARB Customer Service Desk (sorry guys), they extended my eligibility date, but it still failed.  So - I switched browsers (Chrome to Firefox) and all the Prometric dates popped up and I could reschedule.

So - if you're seeing something similar, please try switching browsers or blowing out the cache in the browser you're using as there may be an issue there.  NCARB reports they developed on Chrome, so this may be something specific to the local installation, etc.

Thanks NCARB Customer Service Desk (esp. Deanna) for the help/patience and taking my calls - its very much appreciated.  Now I can get back to studying for my exams!
