Lost connection during PPD

During my PPD test, It had a hard time loading pictures and totally lost connection when I started the case study session. Every page of IBC needs 10 more minutes to load and finally it lost connection to server and froze forever. Ironically, it took me 15 minutes to end the exam when I realized I had to give up on this 4.5 hr exam. Later , I got my test result. I almost passed it even though I left all my case study blank. ( l left 2.5 hr for cases study...) I am frustrated now. And wonder why it happened? Is that a common issue for prometric centers outside the US ? Who is responsible for this? Will I have the same issue afterwards? especially in this special Covid-19 time....
