Disappointment on Amber Book

I am not able to login to my Amber book account and I have sent several emails to ask for my login account info and password. However I received zero replies. So I have been paying expensive charges while cannot access the material. Deeply disappointed. Anyone have the same experience? 

I have sent the email to try to cancel my subscription. I would rage if they ignore my cancellation and charge my subscription for this month.
