Prometric cancelled exam, NCARB asking to pay again?!

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Since the test center was closed, you need to contact Prometric Customer Care and they will reschedule your exam. I recommend reaching out to them today.

    Hi Nick,

    Thanks for the response.

    I called Prometric and they asked for my NCARB authorization number or eligibility number to reschedule my exam. (The NCARB Record Number isn't the same thing - I asked them already.)

    Where can I find this number?

    Hey Saloni,

    I recommend calling them back today if possible. You should not be required to provide your eligibility number to reschedule.

    I have the same issue. Where can i find this authorization number? It is not the NCARB Record Number.
