How impossible is it to pass the ARE, apparently it takes some people 2 weeks to finish it with less than one year of professional experience. on the other hand, you see many people with 20 years of experience failing 5 to 6 times or more on each test, is the ARE really a measure of professional ability or just a filter to reduce the number of registered architects.
Should the NCARB develop a method similar to the USMLE where you get a score that enables you to actually get a job in architecture by getting a license, and thus the material to study and learn from is well-formatted and much more resourceful.
Just a thought!
