I've been attempting to cancel/ reschedule my exam now due to an emergency which is out of my control. I've contacted NCARB costumer service form over a week ago and no one has contacted me back yet. I also have my friend called for me since I am out of the State right now. However the costumer service refused to communicate with my friend and said they SAW my email and will reach out to myself very soon. I haven't get any response for now. NCARB costumer service is incredibly frustrating regarding to solve this type of emergency. Can someone from NCARB please help? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
