China - Prometric Closing? - Corona Virus
I have a test scheduled for February 3rd in Shanghai, which would have been the first day back to work after Chinese New Year.
According to the local government, offices will remain closed until February 10th due to the Corona Virus. I've checked the Prometric website, and they are NOT currently showing any closings. I've tried calling the local testing center, but no response as everyone is still on holiday. I will try Prometric global again during their business hours.
If the testing center is indeed closed, what is the procedure for rescheduling? When can I receive a new confirmed testing date? I need this to plan accordingly.

I called the Prometric main calling center. The moment I mentioned NCARB, they were very quick to say I should just call NCARB. It took some insistence that this was a Prometric issue, and not NCARB, as the Testing Center was perhaps closed... After some long holds and transfers I got through to the right person.
They rescheduled the test to the earliest date with no charge. They said the corona virus closings were affecting 100's of people, and everything was delayed at the China testing center for about 1 month.
Looks like I've got more study time! Fingers crossed.
