Fire drill at the testing center

Has anyone had a fire alarm test go off during your exam? At my last test they had a drill that lasted 40 minutes and they didn’t warn me it was going to happen until they stopped me during my exam. Just wondering if this has happened and if it was resolved. The center said to email customer service so they can reference the incident report, but I’m waiting for a reply. I found out I just barely failed the test and I really think this played a factor in it.

  Hey Megan,

  I recommend contacting NCARB Customer Service about your testing experience as soon as possible. They will need to gather further info from you about the event so they can appropriately resolve the issue with the assistance of Prometric.

  Hi Nick,

  Thank you for reaching out. I sent an email to customer service that day but I’m still waiting for a response. Hopefully I will hear something this week.
