    Hey Megan,

    I recommend contacting NCARB Customer Service about your testing experience as soon as possible. They will need to gather further info from you about the event so they can appropriately resolve the issue with the assistance of Prometric.

    Hi Nick,

    Thank you for reaching out. I sent an email to customer service that day but I’m still waiting for a response. Hopefully I will hear something this week.
