I am wondering what everyone else's customer service experience has been with Amber Book?
I emailed them about group enrollment over 24 hours ago, and have not received a response, and I do not know what the next steps are. Unfortunately, one of our group members has since backed out, (luckily still have a large enough group to get the discount), but now I don't know the best way to contact Amber Book, besides sending another email.
Any experience would be helpful, thanks!
