Switching jurisdiction

Hello, I passed all ARE a few days ago, and my current jurisdiction is CA. I have two questions: 1) is it possible to change jurisdiction from CA to DC before NCARB sends my records to CA? 2) if it is not possible, how do I change jurisdiction from CA to DC after NCARB passes over my records to CA? Thank you in advance

  I recommend calling NCARB customer service. They will be able to assist you with your questions.

  Yong Jae, did you ever get an answer? I just moved to Arizona, where I want to practice. I am preparing to take all my exams in the next few days and I didn’t think about a potential additional delay because I haven’t applied to switch jurisdictions yet.
