Argh, Seonwook. I'm SO sorry you had to deal with this. We'll fix this for you right away. We switched to a new learning platform and it looks like you got stuck in the transition.-- Michael Ermann, The Amber Book

Hey Michael, can you add me to the list to look into? Been trying to defer enrollment for a month after purchasing but haven't heard back via emails. Thanks!

    On it, Anna. Know that . . . . .

    1. We have NEVER taken anyone's tuition beyond where they unenrolled

    2. Last month we had days with 10x our baseline rate of enrollment and we've fallen inexcusably behind on emails. That is our good fortune and not your problem, of course. We won't let your account be charged for the next month, but if we had missed the deadline and you were charged for the extra month, we would of course refund you without you having to ask. This is a "we're slammed and trying to catch up and do right by everyone" situation and not a "we're evil and trying to make it difficult for people to cancel their recurring subscription" situation.

    3. Our new online platform, launched one month ago, makes it so that those who sign up now can easily cancel on their own, just like with any other online subscription-based service. That won't help you because you signed up under the old system, but I wanted you to know that we know we fell behind and we've done something about it to make sure this won't happen again.

Thanks a million for your patience. How did you like the course?

Hello, Michael, I am interested in Amber Book for a month, no longer than that. But I did not see in the website information about how to unsubscribe. I sent an email this morning to the "contact us" email, but I have not received a response. If I may ask here, how do I unsubscribe after subscribing for a month?

We are sending you an email explanation…but you unsubscribe just like any other digital service by going to your account and canceling the subscription. When you cancel you still have access through the end of your current month and you won’t be charged anymore. Of course you can also just write us if you prefer and we’ll cancel you manually.

Thank you, Michael, for your reply. Yes, I already received an email from Ralph, from your team, with a response. I subscribed yesterday. Thanks!

I used Amber book for a month and just unsubscribed, so I can tell you the new platform was super easy. Literally just hit the cancel button under the account information and was canceled immediately. So to answer those looking to sign up for just one month, it was no problem at all.

    Hello Michael,
I have the same issue that Amberbook automatically put me on the monthly subscription. I send emails but no responses yet. How can I unscribe it and can you please refund my previous charges?
