    Hi Davis,

    Congrats on the passing score!  You did the right thing by notifying the TCA while you were experiencing a technical issue, and I'm glad to hear the restart helped with loading the PDFs.  We are aware of the issue you described related to the flagged items, and we're actively working with our testing vendors to resolve it.  In the meantime, it may help to jot down the item numbers that you're flagging on your scratch paper, just in case your computer needs to be restarted and the flags disappear.  And Nick is correct, all answers are recorded and scored regardless of the flags.

    The exact same thing happened to me when I was taking PPD, my last exam, about 3 weeks ago. The fact that I then had to click my way through every single question in search for the ones I wanted to revisit was such a huge hassle. Luckily, like you I also passed. The thing that upset me is that there is no way clear way to report these issues to NCARB. Why isn't there a feedback section in the exit survey where we can write about any issues that happened?

    I experienced exactly the same issue during my PPD exam on 12/27. Luckily still got the Pass, but it was extremely nerve racking!.
