Saw this happened to Kyle Thrapp a few years back but wanted to follow up since the same issue happened to me today.
I took PPD this morning and after completing the multiple choice (flagged a normal amount of questions) I took my break. After the break I went into Case Studies and the software was having issues loading any pages beyond the 1st page of each PDF. I raised my hand and the admin restarted my computer. After the reset the PDFs were loading normally. I finished the case studies and went to review my flagged items to find all the questions I flagged before the computer restart had been turned off. The questions were still answered but no longer were any multiple choice questions flagged.
Did my best to get through the questions I believed to had flagged until time ran out. At 0:00 the exam typically tells you the test is complete however the timer restarted to 24 hours and started counting down. I immediately raised my hand and the admin told me to End Exam and they would note it.
Luckily got the Preliminary Pass but having all of your flagged questions turned off was a huge inconvenience when attempting to do a final review before the exam ends. Looks like Nick from NCARB said the questions are automatically submitted but wanted to let NCARB know there are still issues with the clock reset and flagged questions getting turned off.
Good luck with testing everyone!
