Are A101 & A201 Contract needed for Practice Managment?
Hi there,
By looking at the NCARB ARE 5.0 handbook, the only contracts to be studied for practice management are B101 owner-architect & C401 architect-consultant. But I see lots of posts and books that include A101 and A201 as part of the material for practice management. Can someone pls confirm?
Thanks

I would recommend reading through A201 as well, I don't think A101 is as necessary. B101 and A201 work together and are almost two halves of a whole so you will have a much better understanding of everyone's roles and responsibilities if you study both.
If after reviewing each section you can summarize who is responsible when a specific event goes wrong, you'll be in good shape! Schiff Hardin's lectures were quite long but provide real-world examples of this while going over both contracts.
