The NCARB handbook lists MEEB older edition. Is a current one usable? What are the differences between editions?

  Just an fyi for all ... NCARB published a new edition of the Handbook a few days ago (notification via an email):

  I own this edition from 2000.  Its currently $9 instead of a million dollars new, and I doubt the information has significantly changed.

  MEEB 9th Edition

  I will be honest - I did not read a single page of this book.

  I read Building Construction Illustrated and The Architect Studio Companion, and I passed PDD without any trouble.
