To Michelle NCARB, Ryan NCARB, Joan NCARB Need help on re- scheduling my PPD exam. I understand about the retake policy, 3 chances on a 12-month time frame (running year and NOT calendar year). For some reasons the system won’t allow me to schedule on a month/year that is still within the 12-month timeframe. I’ve reached out to customer service, was told to retry scheduling again and it might be some glitch on the system. So I tried but still the same. I’ve call customer service again, but doesn’t help.
