Re-Take Policy
To Michelle NCARB, Ryan NCARB, Joan NCARB Need help on re- scheduling my PPD exam. I understand about the retake policy, 3 chances on a 12-month time frame (running year and NOT calendar year). For some reasons the system won’t allow me to schedule on a month/year that is still within the 12-month timeframe. I’ve reached out to customer service, was told to retry scheduling again and it might be some glitch on the system. So I tried but still the same. I’ve call customer service again, but doesn’t help. Hey Avelino,
The scheduling system will prevent you from scheduling within the 12 month period if you have already attempted PP&D three times. Without knowing your exact testing dates for PP&D, there is only limited information I can provide you. The easiest way to figure out your next eligible testing day for PP&D is to write down the dates for your last three attempts and then add one year to the oldest date.
Here is an example:
- PP&D #1 - March 15th, 2019
- PP&D #2 - June 8th, 2019
- PP&D #3 - August 23rd, 2019
In this scenario, the next date this individual could test would be March 16th, 2020. Hopefully this helps!
