    Seyed,

Take a look at my post here: https://are5community.ncarb.org/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000009867-4-0-5-0-Transition-advice

Scroll down past the 4.0 / 5.0 discussion and you'll see my full study approach and list of materials for the PA exam.  Hope that helps.  I've noticed your list above is primarily third-party materials.  I would suggest you supplement your list with actual sources from the NCARB handbook, and those are what I've noted in my list.

    David,

Thanks for your great posts. I read your whole post and I took some notes there. Although I have a few more questions which I appreciate if you could help.

Regarding the sources which NCARB has provided:

    1. Architectural Graphic Standards. I purchase a PDF copy of this book. Any specific chapter(s) that I should focus on?

    2. Building Codes Illustrated. I studied the first 10 chapters to take the PPD which really helped, any other part that I have to cover before I go to P&A exam?

    3. Problem Seeking: An Architectural Programming Primer.  Same as above, any specific part?

    4. Site Planning and Design Handbook. I hate to ask it again, but any advice on which part I should focus?

    Thanks again,

    Seyed,

    1. I didn't use Graphic Standards for PA - nor should you.  That book really is just for PDD in my opinion.

    2. Building Code Illustrated - read through my post.  It identifies for you which chapters in IBC to focus on.  BCI is aligned with the same format as IBC, so, just read those same chapters in BCI.

    3.  I didn't read Problem Seeking Primer at all.

    4. Site Planning Book - the chapters I read are all outlined in my post.  I would read those chapters.

    Hope that helps.
