Nag them. Call your state licensing office first and then NCARB. Nag nag nag them. It is not automatic no matter what NCARB or the state website says. You gotta nag.

Same here.  Passed my last exam 4/10/19, received the "congratulations" email 4/15/19 and have not heard anything since.  I called and talked to customer service shortly after to understand the process a little better.

I sent them an email last week, called and left a voicemail and emailed today, no response.

What state? I've been getting mine posted to NCARB about 7-10 days after passing in OK.

I requested mine to be send to state on May 28 and was told they will send them out within 30 business days. it's not until today - 44 calendar days later that I received the confirmation that the files have just been mailed. They just wouldn't have anything done 1 day before the deadline. You just have to email them and call them and email them again and call them again. This is super frustrating....... when you are paying $85 annual fee and it seems there is only one person dealing with all those files.

I found that contacting your state board is more effective.  The state board requests it from NCARB and they are more apt to sent it.  I pestered the state board and NCARB a lot and it still took two months.
