Hi, Gustavo,  I know what you say because I'm dealing with the same trouble. So, did you take first PcM and failed, then you took CE. Do you think CE is easier than PcM? By the way, I'm from Cuba too.

As I see it, CE s mostly contractual relationship of the different participant in the pre and construction process; duties and right of each one, on top of that and this is related to construction observation, a solid knowledge of construction techniques. PCM is more close to marketing and business administration but also connected to CE i terms of contracting and project delivery methods also PJM share in a big way same connection

    Hi Gustavo,

Everything you said in your last paragraph is absolutely true.  Repetition does make a huge difference.  Reading concepts and ideas once doesn't allow it to sink in.  Going over it wice, and from more than one source, is invaluable.  Also, knowing what is incorrect and utilizing the strikethrough tool on the exam works to everyone's benefit.

In preparation for your PcM retake, maybe the recommendations I outlined in this previous post will help you.  Congratulations on your CE pass!

Thanks, and yes as I said we should see this whole process not as studying but as a training, that idea occurred to me watching the movie Apollo 13, when the astronauts where practicing to connect with the module on the space, the were doing it on their facility on the earth, and even when the guy did it right once, he went again and do it one more time, right there I though, that is, this is a training, repetition helps you identify a lot of things at once, and then when you revise more information and go back to keep testing, the difference is amazing, Designer Hacks is really good to tune you up
