    I would say the 2009 version because the 2015 IBC recognise that one.

    Per BCI, page 244;

    The new technical criteria contained in the 2010 ADA Standards are generally well-coordinated with the aplicable reference standard, ICC A117.1. However, we recommend designers carefully review the IBC, ICC A117.1, and the 2010 ADA Standards to help assure accessibility com- pliance both for scoping and for technical requirements.

    Javad,

    I appreciate your reply but I was asking which version of the ANSI A117.1 are we tested on on ARE 5.0. 2009 or 2017?

    Specific references (and versions/editions) are listed in the ARE 5.0 Handbook at the end of each division, and there is an overall reference matrix covering all divisions starting on p.179 of the Handbook.  Attached is p.75 for PA - the only division in which ANSI A117.1 is referenced on the matrix.
