I passed the CE today and wanted to share thoughts on my experience.
What I studied:
The AHPP, second half of chapter 10 as a refresher. Spent a lot of time listening to the Hannahan lectures on contracts and agreements, but I have a much more visual memory so listening to lectures does not help me as much. So I studied the A201 and B101 (I studied the 2017 editions while the questions seemed to be on the 2007 editions). I also dabbled in the B132, B133 and B143 and read through the A701 just in case .
I also got the quiz banks from Kaplan/Brightwood to practice and they actually turned out to be quite close to the questions I got on the test - some questions even looked eerily familiar.
The case studies were very logical and the source material was quite helpful, especially if you knew the answer and used the reference material to make sure you got all the applicable answers out of the list. The fact that you could use some of the reference materials from the case studies to go back and answer a text question was also very helpful.
I have quite a lot of experience with CDs and CA so questions about construction details were not all that but a couple of those made me scratch my head as I have never encountered those conditions and was unfamiliar with the terminology.
