    Dong,

Wow, I am truly surprised at that.  NCARB has addressed this issue on a couple of occasions and has basically "unofficially" said that whatever they tell you as the provisional pass or fail, that's what it's going to end up being.  I've heard as well that the only reason it would NOT be the case is if for some odd reason your testing performance was called into question, which I have to believe would not be your case.  You may want to follow up.

    Dong,

Yes, David is correct.  We are currently researching your case, as we have not encountered a situation in which the provisional score and final result differ.  If you reach out to NCARB customer service, please let them know the Exam team is on it.  They'll note your record so we are all on the same page and get back to you as needed.

I emailed NCARB customer service and received an email that it's a fail. I don't know if that means official or he/she just verified whats showing up on the net.? I appreciate your help.

    Dong,

At this point, we have verified that it is a failing score.  We are attempting to determine why your provisional score was a pass.

    Thank you David and Joan.

Although it hurts so much to think about this situation, I should let it go...? I should do amazingly on my next PjM... so there's no doubt about it. I thought I could have a record to just write all 6 in 2 months. I studied 40 hrs+ each week on top of my full-time work. It has been a good steep learning moment.

    Hi Dong --

Although it hurts so much to think about this situation, I should let it go...?

    Yes.

Given your timeframe -- you've already accomplished something almost no other candidates have done.  I passed all exams first try, but it took me three times as long as you!  (5 or 6 months)

You shouldn't be kicking yourself, you should be celebrating!

    Hi Kurt,

I followed your posts the whole time this summer. Thank you, sir :)  Yes, it's very unfortunate but it's also out of my control. I also want to comment that during the exam, if I accidentally drag the whole answer choices with either highlighter or strokes, the answer choice boxes disappear! I had to go to another question and return to see those again. I did not use the highlighter at all for most exams except for PjM and PcM because of so many tricky wording in the two exams. NCARB - I think that's also one more thing your team can look into?

But I'm still thankful for this testing opportunity and personal/professional growth I've accomplished so far. Studying fanatically for the past 3 months have been very fruitful - I've practiced for 5 years already, but this year I've grown much faster with all the knowledge in the study materials.

55 more days to retake. - hope to post here again with my final PASS.

Hi Dong -- if my posts helped you in any way, you are very welcome!  That's always nice to hear.

Again, very well done on your testing results so far.   Good luck knocking out your final exam.
